Fall 2024 Registration Information                                                                   

In addition to the online paperwork, our organization REQUIRES additional paperwork for every season. Some of the paperwork is required by AYF, while others are exclusive to our organization. ALL PAPERWORK MUST BE TURNED IN BY THE FIRST DAY OF FOOTBALL CAMP.

Football Registration Cost: $200 (payment options available) This year's registration includes a personalized jersey that each player can keep at the end of the season!

Cheerleading Registration Cost: $125 (payment options available) This year's registration includes a uniform that each cheerleader can keep at the end of the season!

Mandatory Player Packets

The following documentation is required for regular-season football and cheer and can be found under the Documents tab:

  • AYF/Talbot Braves mandated player packet: This packet is a series of documents AYF requires to be filled out in their entirety and kept on file.
  • Current Medical Release:  This is a REQUIRED document that you must PRINT OUT and have completed by your child's doctor.  This document MUST be turned in before your child may participate in practice.

Other documents and items (must have by the first day of football camp):

  • AYF requires all participants to have a copy of their birth certificate and 4th quarter report card on file.  If you are a returning player, we have a copy of your birth certificate on file already you do not need to submit another one. If you are new to the Braves we will need this document.
  • A copy of your child's 4th quarter report card. This is an AYF requirement and ensures each participant is academically eligible to participate via AYF standards. If your child does not meet the academic eligibility requirements (2.0 GPA), we will work with you and your child to ensure they will not be excluded from playing in the 2024 season. If you are home-schooled, we still require grade-based documentation that shows enrollment and academic eligibility. You can find a homeschool affidavit in the documents section.
  • Uniform/Equipment Deposit:  Talbot Braves requires ALL football players to turn in a $200 uniform deposit.  This must be in the form of a check or credit card.  Please postdate checks to October 31st of the current year. Checks WILL NOT be cashed unless you do not turn in your uniform and equipment at the end of the season. You WILL NOT receive a uniform or equipment until a deposit is on file.  It is very important you turn this into a BOARD MEMBER ONLY!

Paperwork Pick-up and Drop-off

Dates: June 17th from 5-7:00pm AND June 22nd from 10:00am-12:00PM

Location: Elks Lodge (502 Dutchmans Lane Easton, MD 21601)

If you do not have access to a printer packets will be available for pick up. Uniform/equipment deposits will also be collected.

As a reminder, your child WILL NOT be able to participate until all required paperwork has been turned in.
